Is a highly motivated and dynamic leader who has the vision to drive this good school and its pupils toeven greater achievement and enhanced results

Has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, motivate and inspire all of our children, parentsand colleagues

Has the ability to raise aspirations and achievements for all of our children and will continue the journey of raising standards started by our retiring Headteacher

Has demonstrable leadership skills and is a proven strategic thinker, with a clear vision to introducenew ideas along with the ability to identify and sustain long term improvement

Our lady's is a vibrant and exciting school in the southern part of the city of Hereford. There are currently 200 pupils on roll. We pride ourselves on being a close knit, one form entry school with a strong feeling of community. This is an excellent opportunity to join our small supportive and friendly team and provide outstanding opportunities for out pupils. You do not have to be Catholic to teach at our school but we do ask that you uphold out Christian values.
