Redruth School is one of the most successful schools in Cornwall, currently with an Ofsted rating of ‘good’ with some excellent features. We are now looking to appoint an exceptional and highly aspirational leader who can continue our journey to ‘outstanding’.

  • Have detailed knowledge of the current educational agenda
  • Have a proven track record in maintaining school improvement
  • Be able to demonstrate the impact of their leadership of staff, students and the wider community
  • Be innovative and able to think strategically and creatively
  • Be able to motivate, inspire, challenge and empower our dedicated staff and students
  • Have excellent leadership and management skills to deliver outcomes with compromising the wellbeing of staff and students
  • Be an excellent communicator with the interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with all stakeholders
