Riddings Junior School are seeking an enthusiastic, caring and committed leader to lead us into the future. The governors are looking to appoint someone to build on the successful foundations in place at our school and who will be a leader across our trust, Embark Federation.
We are looking for a leader who:
- Is adventurous and can think differently.
- Can build and foster relationships with children, staff, parents, governors, and the wider community.
- Is committed to delivering and leading high quality and inclusive teaching and learning to all children.
- Has an excellent understanding of wider school inclusion.
- Will continue to promote the school's PRIDE aims and the trust's values and support everyone to #lovelearninglovelife.
- Will be relentless in their drive to ensure all children and staff realise their potential.
- Manages behaviour well.
- Recognises the importance of our outdoor space and enhanced learning beyond the classroom.
- Can support staff well-being effectively.
- Collaborates with a supportive Governing Board to drive the strategic direction of the school.
- Recognises the importance of working with schools across the trust to support capacity and drive best practice.
