What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a new headteacher to lead a wonderful Primary School.
We are part of The Mast Academy Trust whose values are rooted in collaboration and child centred decision making. The appointed person will receive significant support from the Trust and will work as part of a team of headteachers who all share the same beliefs and work towards a common goal. We also have an ambitious and committed Governing Body who are ready to work with the new headteacher to ensure Scholes Junior and Infant School is the school of choice.
We are looking for someone with ambition and drive; resilience and emotional intelligence and the ability to inspire and motivate our people. You will need to have experience at senior leadership level, and most importantly a commitment to ensuring children are at the heart of every decision.

Scholes Junior and Infant School is a successful, vibrant school where children come first.
