Headteacher job summary
You will have exceptional skills to lead both the strategic direction and the day to day management of the school. You will be the first point of contact for all stakeholders and external agencies in matters relating to the school and have the ambition and passion to be an ambassador for the school in the wider community.
Our school have currently 150 pupils from Nursery to Year 6, the position could suit an ambitious and knowledgeable individual currently holding a Deputy Head position who is seeking to further develop their career path.
We are looking for an exceptional leader with:
• Leadership and management skills of the highest quality.
• A commitment to high standards in learning, development and teaching for children of all
abilities and backgrounds.
• A commitment to whole school improvement.
• The ability to lead, inspire and motivate pupils, colleagues as well as, the wider
community.
• An ability to manage whole school initiatives.
