We are seeking an outstanding Headteacher who can lead our school with clarity of vision, unwavering integrity, and a deep commitment to educational excellence. The successful candidate will motivate and empower staff and pupils alike, fostering a culture where every individual is encouraged to achieve their highest potential within a nurturing yet ambitious environment.

They will bring a proven record of effective leadership, a genuine passion for teaching and learning, and the strategic insight required to drive sustained school improvement. Building strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and the wider community will be central to this role.

Spalding Primary Academy is a two‑form entry school at the heart of the Spalding community.
