The Governors of St Giles CE (Voluntary Aided) Primary School are seeking to appoint an exceptional Headteacher to lead our thriving, vibrant and welcoming school.
Our school sits at the heart of our community and is popular in the local area for our nurturing ethos and confident, independent pupils, eager to discover the world.

We are looking for a forward-thinking leader who:
- Has a clear vision for ongoing school improvement
- Has in depth understanding of current teaching methods across the entire primary setting
- Is a skilled practitioner who can model excellent teaching to other staff
- Is passionate about enabling all pupils to reach their full potential and will oversee a curriculum designed for all learners
- Has an empowering and approachable leadership style with exceptional communication skills
- Is able to build relationships in and outside of the school community
- Is committed to enhancing and supporting the wellbeing of all
- Has proven track-record of leadership resulting in high achievement
- Is committed to upholding and building on our Christian distinctiveness and values
