Archdiocese of Birmingham and The Pope Francis Catholic Multi Academy Company wish to appoint a Headteacher for St Joseph's Catholic Primary School. Fiennes Road, Banbury, Oxfordshire OX16 0ET. The position is required for January 2027 - the salary range is: L15-21

The Directors of The Pope Francis Catholic Multi Academy Company, a large family of Catholic schools based in Oxfordshire, in partnership with the Governing Body of St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, are seeking to appoint an outstanding Headteacher who will lead this popular vibrant faith school, graded as ‘Good’ by OFSTED, inspiring its children, staff and families ‘to be the best they can be’. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future growth of this thriving school, which is situated in Banbury.

The successful candidate should be a practising Roman Catholic, highly passionate about religious education and the Catholic life within our school and be able to work closely with the RE Subject Leader and our Parish Priests.
