The successful candidate will:

have a passion to ensure every child succeeds and reaches their full potential

demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to teamwork

have a work ethic that includes positivity, energy and humour

have current pedagogical practice and knowledge

be trauma informed. The applicant should be highly motivated and enthusiastic, embodying our aim of developing pupils who aspire to achieve their very best in everything they do. We encourage our children to demonstrate perseverance and resilience and, as a result, to grow into confident individuals, prepared for life as fully-rounded and faithful members of modern society. The leader we are looking for will be a positive role model for our children and team of professional staff. We require a leader who will support and promote our Catholic ethos in both school and our wider community.
