The successful candidate will a be a highly visible, collaborative and aspirational leader who will model the highest levels of professionalism and inspire, motivate and develop our staff and children, setting them firmly on the road to success.
We are looking for a Headteacher who:
- Is an exceptional primary practitioner
- Is a team player with high expectations and proven track record of developing the curriculum and sustaining high outcomes
- Is well-motivated, innovative and able to support others to deliver the highest standards
- Displays excellent leadership skills and can develop leadership skills in others
- Can build strong relationships
- Is passionate about making a difference
- Will fully embrace the ethos of a Christian school in the tradition of the Church of England
- Is committed to working with parents, the community, the Local Academy Board and the Trust to achieve the very best for all our pupils
