At The Cottesloe School, our guiding principles of ‘Prepare, Aspire, Succeed’ underpin everything we do and we are seeking an exceptional and values-driven leader to build upon our recent successes and lead the school into its next chapter.

We are an inclusive, ambitious and oversubscribed secondary school, situated in the picturesque rural village of Wing in Buckinghamshire and passionately serving our local communities. The school has recently benefitted from extensive investment in our premises, including a state-of-the-art 3G pitch, improved Sixth Form facilities and refurbished science laboratories, and we offer a dynamic and forward-thinking environment for our committed staff and engaged students.
