Are you an exceptional and inspirational leader with a proven track record of success, looking to transform the lives of children with special needs? The Harbour School is a local authority school for boys who have an Education, Health Care Plan for social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH). We provide for boys from 5-16 years of age and so cover across the primary and secondary education spectrum; there are approximately 75 pupils on roll currently.
We are looking for an outstanding individual who can work well under pressure and who is able to adapt to challenging circumstances, taking robust decisions in the best interests of students. In addition, you combine extensive experience in developing the curriculum and evaluating the quality of teaching and learning with excellent budgetary management skills and a sound understanding of a Headteacher’s financial responsibilities.
You will be:
