As Headteacher, you will:
Provide clear, strategic leadership that builds on the school’s existing strengths
Inspire and motivate staff, pupils and the wider community
Drive high standards of teaching, learning and achievement for all pupils
Promote a culture of inclusion, wellbeing and high expectations
Lead with integrity, compassion and a strong moral purpose
Work effectively with governors to deliver a shared vision for the school’s future
