We are looking to appoint an inspiring Headteacher to lead our outstanding team at Wadebridge School, a strong 11-16 Single Academy Trust. Effective and caring interpersonal relationships underpin the culture and ethos of Wadebridge School, and you will demonstrate an unwavering commitment to all students and all staff being able to thrive and flourish at the school. You will be a passionate advocate of the education of the whole child. You will be committed to ensuring high quality teaching and learning, and you will further strengthen a culture in which the best possible outcomes for each individual student are paramount.

We are committed to promoting the health and wellbeing of everyone in our school community and this starts with our staff. Health and wellbeing is the number one priority on all our school improvement and professional growth plans. We have an extensive and highly effective student support team as well as a dedicated team of Health Champions focussing on strategies to promote positive staff wellbeing. The school also benefits from an onsite, workplace Nursery. Every member of the Wadebridge School community is valued: students, staff, parents and trustees.

We work collaboratively with a number of other secondary schools both in Cornwall and further afield. As our newly appointed Headteacher we will encourage you to continue to strengthen those relationships and forge new ones.
