JOB REQUIREMENTS The Governors are looking for a Headteacher who: 1. Can complete the school’s journey towards becoming an Ofsted Outstanding school 2. Understands the importance of working collaboratively with all stakeholders in the school, including the wider community and other local schools 3. Can lead teaching and learning across the full primary range with proven evidence of raising outcomes and standards 4. Has proven leadership skills and is a strategic thinker, with a vision to introduce new ideas along with the ability to identify and sustain long term improvement. 5. Has a successful track record of strategic financial and resource management, reporting to governors 6.
