We are proud to announce that Brunel has an exciting opportunity for a Headteacher to oversee the leadership of Westlea Primary School from September 2025; collaborating with Brunel’s Executive Leadership Team and wider network of Brunel’s Education Professionals and Central Business Support Teams at an exciting and crucial time in the Multi Academy Trust’s journey to success.
Westlea is a fantastic mainstream primary school with a nursery class for children aged 3-4 years.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of talented senior leaders, teachers and wider support team and in doing so, you will foster an environment that encourages growth and development while promoting collaboration and innovation.
We are looking to appoint a creative, ambitious educational leader with a passion for Primary Education and SEND combined. You will be an excellent leadership professional, well organised and an effective communicator with experience of quality Headship or demonstrable strong senior leadership, ready for the next step. You will be able to establish and sustain high outcome teaching across all subjects and phases of Westlea, nourish your team’s strengths and abilities to ensure the best outcomes for our pupils.
