• Pay scale: Grade R3 Scale point 17 – R4 Scale point 24, plus Responsibility Allowance for delivering Music lessons FTE: £28,840 - £31,482 per annum (Actual: £22,294.70 - £24,337.09 per annum), depending on experience

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated High Level Teaching Assistant with special interest in music. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality music education across Key Stages 2 and 3, fostering a love for music, and encouraging every pupil to reach their full musical potential. You will be responsible for inspiring pupils with diverse musical interests, offering a range of musical opportunities, and contributing to the school’s wider commitment to inclusive, accessible, and culturally diverse music provision. You will give support to pupils, individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement.
