Location: Braybrook Primary Academy
Salary: £31,650 - £43,607 depending on experience
Contract: Full-time. Initially a one-year contract with the potential for permanent
Start Date: As soon as possible (on or before September 2026)

We are seeking an exceptional teacher to lead our SEND Hub provision, supporting pupils with a range of needs including those with EHCPs. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and develop a nurturing, structured environment where every child can thrive.

About the Role

You will:

  • Lead a specialist SEND Hub within our primary setting
  • Plan and deliver personalised learning for individuals and small groups
  • Work closely with the SENDCo, Inclusion Lead, and external professionals
  • Direct and support Teaching Assistants within the provision
  • Adapt the curriculum to meet a wide range of needs
  • Support pupils’ academic progress, independence, and emotional wellbeing
  • Contribute to whole-class teaching where appropriate
