Chipping Ongar Primary School is a one-form entry primary school looking to the future. In recent years, we have developed as part of the Bridge Academy Trust with the aim of spreading our ability to make a difference for children. This also allows staff to work in collaboration with others and offers them wider opportunities for development through sharing expertise, which is an exciting opportunity for both existing and prospective staff.

The school is looking for an inspiring and dynamic SENDCo and Inclusion leader who will relish being part of a highly skilled and enthusiastic team as well as part of the leadership and safeguarding team. You will add to this team by demonstrating a passion for and dedication to securing the best offer for SEN and disadvantaged pupils.

The role:

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant who is passionate about pupils’ learning, enjoys being with children, has a positive attitude, and can work as part of a friendly and dedicated team.

  • Do you have a flexible and cheerful outlook with a willingness to work as part of a team?
  • Would you like to contribute to a growing team to support children across the primary range?

If so, we would like to hear from you.

What we offer:

  • Enthusiastic children who are eager and ready to learn.
  • Strong values that are the core of all that we do. Supportive teachers, parents and governors who are committed to the school.

Essential qualities:

  • Be dedicated to meeting the needs of all the pupils in your care.
  • Be reflective and always look for ways to improve your practice.
  • Have the energy and enthusiasm to make a difference.
