Higher Level Teaching Assistant job summary

We are seeking to recruit a highly flexible, self-motivated and reliable Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated and friendly team.
The HLTA will:
Cover, lead and plan classes across the school, predominantly in Key Stage 1
Work with class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils
Promote pupils’ independence, self-esteem and social inclusion
Give support to pupils, individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement
Ideally, you will be an experienced HLTA who has a proven history of working with students within a classroom setting, 1:1 and in small groups.
