We are looking to appoint an outstanding, enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant. We are looking to use this role to expand the breadth of the curriculum on offer to our pupils. The successful candidate will have experience of working with pupils with SEND, preferably hold a NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and bring transferable skills, expertise and / or extensive experience in a National Curriculum subject.

The multi-disciplinary team at Bure Park consists of Care Staff, Teachers and TAs who will facilitate the Academy’s twin aims of re-integrating pupils into their home environment and when appropriate mainstream school. Pupils will arrive with disrupted educational experiences and complex difficulties and our team will be responsible for ensuring that they leave with superb outcomes academically, socially and behaviourally.

This post is likely to come under the requirements of the Childcare (Disqualification) 2009 Regulations, therefore you will be required to complete a declaration form to establish whether disqualified under these regulations.
