We are an incredible team, who work very hard and who genuinely want to make the difference for all our pupils. We are looking for a HLTA to become part of this team.
Our pupils generally achieve well and make very good progress. Just as importantly, however, we believe that the broader provision we offer our pupils is crucial to developing the whole child and his or her unique interests and talents. Our varied curriculum has enabled us to achieve many awards, recognising the high quality of our subject leadership and delivery; these include the Primary Science Gilt quality mark, the Gold Sports’ mark, the Silver Arts’ mark and the Silver Geography mark. In addition to these awards, we were also granted Green Flag Eco-school status and are the first school in Sheffield to receive the Platinum Modeshift award.
For a number of years, we were the model school for Read, Write, Inc in Sheffield until this system stopped two years ago.
This vacancy is to work across the school to support learning in classrooms or cover for teachers in delivering whole class lessons.
Candidates should be willing to bring ideas, enthusiasm and commitment to our school. The successful candidates will be able to experience high quality training, and receive excellent support in their career.
