  • Fixed term until 31 August 2027 but may continue

  • 17.5 hours (Mon-Wed)
  • Term time plus 1 week 
  • Required for 13 April 2026 
  • Additional MSA hours available (Scale A)


We are seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic individual to join our lovely school and Bressingham team. 

What the role includes:

  • Supporting pupils across the school, including those with additional needs
  • Preparing and delivering whole-class activities as part of PPA provision
  • Supporting teaching and learning by leading intervention groups

We are looking for someone who ideally:

  • Has proven successful experience of working in Key Stage 2, but is open to working in other year groups 
  • Has an enthusiasm for learning and enabling every child to achieve their potential
  • Has a positive ‘can do’ attitude and is able to set clear, firm expectations for behaviour
  • Has excellent literacy (both written and verbal), numeracy and IT skills
  • Is able to establish relationships with children (and adults) and encourage independence
  • Is a nurturing, calm and forward looking individual
  • Is able to work as a member of a team and under their own initiative to support learning
  • Is flexible and adaptable and demonstrates professionalism and integrity contributing to the school’s ongoing drive for excellence
