Are you a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking to make a meaningful impact on the education and development of pupils with severe complex learning difficulties? Brookfields School, is seeking a compassionate and skilled HLTA to join our team and support our pupils in achieving their full potential.

As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant at Brookfields School, you will:

Support the teacher in planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons.
Lead small group activities and provide targeted interventions.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure a holistic approach to learning.
Assist with assessment and tracking pupil progress, adapting support as needed.
Promote positive behaviour and social development through structured learning activities.
Support with personal care and medical needs where required.
