Location: Chesterton Primary School

Contract:Permanent, Monday to Friday - 8:30am-3:30pm, 32.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year - potential other work patterns will be considered

Salary: ALT Grade F Points 16-19 £20,669.76-£22,052.05 Annually, Actual

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Deliver planned learning activities to whole classes
  • Support teaching staff in the delivery of high-quality lessons and interventions
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to meet the needs of all learners
  • Promote inclusion and positive behaviour across the school

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has an NVQ Level 3 in related area or equivalent
  • Has experience working with children across primary age groups
  • Demonstrates strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • Is flexible, proactive, and committed to supporting pupils' learning and well-being
  • Works effectively as part of a team and independently when required
