We are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to teach 3 afternoons per week. You will be paid on F12, unless you have significant recent HLTA job experience in a paid position (rises annually up to F17 if targets are achieved). Starting at 1.10pm, teaching until 3.15pm then PPA time (25 minutes). F12 is £14.8231 per hour. You would be responsible for planning for, teaching and marking the work for designated classes each week, of any age. To start as soon as possible in September 2025.

The 3 afternoons is a permanent role. Which days you work is up for some negotiation. I will assess your suitability to be an HLTA during the interview, but you must have worked or volunteered in a primary school. If we are unsure as to the suitability of an applicant, after interview, a temporary position might be offered instead.

We are seeking to appoint a teacher for a maternity leave. Start date will be 13/01/25 and end date will be end of the Summer term 2025.
