We are now seeking to appoint apassionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)to join our dedicated team in September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented professional who is committed to making a real difference in the lives of young learners.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

  • Can work independently to plan, prepare and deliver learning activities under teacher guidance
  • Has experience in delivering interventions and supporting learning across all primary key stages
  • Can contribute to raising standards by providing high-quality classroom support and whole class cover when needed
  • Has strong interpersonal skills and builds positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
  • Shows initiative, flexibility, and a commitment to inclusive practice
  • Shares our school vision and values, with a strong belief in every child’s potential
