Higher Level Teaching Assistant job summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to take on the dual role of HLTA and Assistant SENDCo. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate, yet knowledgeable professional to support pupils with Special Educational Needs. The role will support the effective coordination and delivery of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) provision across our school. Working closely with the SENDCo, this role is central to ensuring that all pupils with SEND receive high-quality, inclusive support that enables them to thrive both academically and emotionally. The role involves working closely with parents, staff, and external professionals to ensure SEND provision is of the highest standard. If you have the empathy, experience, and leadership skills to make a real difference in young lives, we would love to hear from you!
