Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
We are looking to hire a Higher Level Teaching Assistant for Southfield primary Academy. This is an amazing opportunity to join our experienced and dedicated cover team. The successful applicant will organise, develop and manage Teaching Assistants, with the support of the class teacher, in all aspects of teaching and learning. We have a dedicated staff team who are committed to assuring that all our pupils share our enthusiasm for learning and our values are reflected in all aspects of the school. Two years working experience within a school setting is required.
Working Hours
33.5 Hours per week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm
Wednesday 8.30am - 5.00pm (staff meetings) with an hour lunch break, term time.
Fixed Term until 31st August 2025
£23,669- £26,669 actual annual salary
