Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) job summary

We are looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to continue to drive forward improvements across our school and to provide cover for class teachers.

The role will require a teaching assistant who:

• Has a Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Is a team player who thrives in a collaborative working environment.
• Has strong communication skills and is confident leading classes and groups.
• Embraces challenge and is willing to try out new initiatives.
