Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support teaching and learning across the school, including delivering lessons and interventions under the guidance of teachers.
- Assist in planning and preparing learning activities tailored to pupils’ needs.
- Provide targeted support for individuals and small groups to help raise attainment.
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of pupil progress.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to create an engaging and safe learning environment.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled HLTA who:
- Holds a relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
- Has strong communication and organisational skills.
- Demonstrates a passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
- Can work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
