Key Responsibilities

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support teaching and learning across the school, including delivering lessons and interventions under the guidance of teachers.
  • Assist in planning and preparing learning activities tailored to pupils’ needs.
  • Provide targeted support for individuals and small groups to help raise attainment.
  • Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of pupil progress.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to create an engaging and safe learning environment.
What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled HLTA who:

  • Holds a relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Has strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrates a passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
  • Can work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
