Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Band G job summary

The Headteacher and Governing Body of Rock Ferry Primary School are looking to appoint an experienced, outstanding, enthusiastic and highly motivated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join this, nurturing friendly and successful school.

We are looking someone who is be able to demonstrate an ability to work effectively as part of a team. Excellent classroom skills, which demonstrate good practice, knowledge of the National Curriculum and high expectations, are essential.

They should be able to demonstrate the ability to lead interventions.

They should have an understanding of Trauma Informed Practice.

They will demonstrate our Core Values of ‘Be Kind, Be Safe, Work Hard, Never Give Up’
