Campton Academy is a single form lower school with an exciting future. We are looking forward to moving to a new site and growing to become a two-form entry primary school. With this in mind, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated higher level teaching assistant to join our friendly and supportive team.

The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate good communication skills, high expectations and a passion for working with children. Flexibility and enthusiasm are equally important qualities. Experience of supporting pupils who have SEND needs would be beneficial.
A key responsibility will involve promoting children’s welfare and being vigilant to any sign of safeguarding needs.
