Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) job summary

This is a permanent, part-time/term-time role, 12 hours a week, Monday to Friday (mornings)

Qualified HLTA

Full-time equivalent Salary: £29,787 per annum. Pro rata Salary: £8,500 per annum (based on working arrangements)

HLTA in Training

Full-time equivalent Salary: £24,332 per annum. Pro rata Salary: £6,943 per annum (based on working arrangements)

We have a new opportunity for a part-time Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join us at Cuddington Community Primary School. In this role you will support the Class Teacher in delivering learning activities under the professional supervision of a qualified teacher to pupils in class and groups.

As an experienced Teaching Assistant, you are confident in your ability to inspire pupils to learn in imaginative ways. You have excellent interpersonal and listening skills, are a flexible team player. Ideally you will already hold a HLTA qualification or have an interest in training to be an HLTA.
