What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an inspirational and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join the Matravers family. Whether this is your first time working in secondary education or you are an experienced secondary school practitioner, providing you have a recognised HLTA qualification, a real passion and vibrant enthusiasm to work with our brilliant pupils, we want to hear from you. This is an exciting position which will both maintain and extend our provisions for young people. This role will have a focus on delivering targeted interventions for young people with Speech Language and Communication Needs.
