Mosborough Primary School is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated HLTA to join our dedicated staff on a part-time basis, to work three days a week (negotiable). This role is ideal for a professional seeking to work within a high-achieving environment that values bespoke professional development and collaborative teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality, differentiated learning activities.

  • Integrating technology to enhance pupil competence and independence.

  • Maintaining systematic records of pupil progress and achievement.

  • Managing learning behaviour constructively to promote pupil autonomy.

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will hold HLTA status (or QTS) and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the National Curriculum, EYFS Framework, and SEND Code of Practice. You must be a flexible team player with a proven commitment to safeguarding children.
