All our sites are co-located with local, inclusive-minded mainstream primary and secondary schools, and we work closely with each school to promote an inclusive partnership.

We are a happy, positive and hardworking staff, educating learners aged 4-19 with severe or profound and multiple learning disabilities and many of whom have a co-diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Condition. We are looking for someone who brings energy, creativity and commitment, and who shares our belief that every learner has the potential to achieve and contribute to their community.

You’ll help pupils thrive academically, socially, and emotionally through:

  • Tailored support for individual or small groups of students.

  • Providing personal care as needed to ensure students’ well-being.

  • Collaborating with our teaching staff to implement creative and effective learning strategies.
