What skills and experience we're looking for
We would like to hear from you if you:
- are enthusiastic and self-motivated
- are able to work effectively within our hardworking, talented and friendly team on whole school issues
- enjoy working with children and can develop good working relationships with them
- have a particular subject strength within the primary curriculum
- understand and are sympathetic to the needs of young children
- have experience of supporting children’s learning
- have experience of or are willing to learn about the Key Stage 1 curriculum
- have a current First Aid or be prepared to undertake training
- experience of planning and delivering whole class teaching
- hold a relevant HLTA qualification or degree level qualification (desirable)
- are willing to provide regular staff cover and PPA for teachers as a HLTA
