We’re looking for a committed and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team and help deliver high‑quality learning across the school. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Plan and deliver learning activities for individuals, small groups and occasionally whole classes 
  • Support teaching staff with assessment, feedback and classroom organisation 
  • Use your specialist skills to meet diverse pupil needs and promote inclusion 
  • Contribute to behaviour support, pupil wellbeing and positive learning environments 
  • Lead and support Learning Support Assistants as part of the wider team 

We’re looking for someone who: 

  • Holds (or is working towards) HLTA status 
  • Has experience supporting learning and adapting activities 
  • Communicates well with pupils, staff and families 
  • Is organised, proactive and ready to make a real difference
