About You:

As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant at Woodlands Primary Academy, you will bring your commitment and support to our diverse and high-aspiring community. Our ideal candidate would:

  • Ability to form positive working relationships with children to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
  • Have clear and effective communication skills.
  • Be flexible and responsive, adapting to the needs of all students.

Requirements:

To apply for the Higher-Level Teaching Assistant opportunity you must hold:

  • Level 2 qualification in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent).
  • Experience working in a primary school.
  • Experience of leading or delivering planned lessons to small or larger student groups.
