We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our hardworking team. This position is a permanent role and will be work 32.5 hours per week these will be worked during term time.
As an HLTA, you will work closely with and be supported by the school's teaching staff. As part of this role you will be responsible for the teaching, learning and assessment of a specific group of pupils.
The job requirements
You will have clear and effective communication skills to allow you to build a rapport with the whole school community.
You will have the ability to manage your work load and work well within the team, however you will need to use your own initiative and work independently.
We are looking for someone who has had recent, successful experience within Key Stage 2, you will be able to demonstrate good understanding of planning and supporting a range of abilities in a dynamic and engaging way.
You will have experience of delivering appropriate interventions and supporting children with their personal, social and emotional needs.
