Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) job summary
George Salter Academy is a friendly and vibrant 11-18 academy, serving a multi-cultural community and we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivational HTLA (35 hours per week, term-time plus 1 week) to join us in March 2025 and to be responsible for mentoring, small group interventions and SEMH. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of working with young people. Experience of working in a school setting with students with complex backgrounds and behavioural difficulties would also be advantageous.
