The Apex is our innovative provision designed to support secondary-age students at risk of exclusion or disengagement. Rooted in the principles of inclusion, equity, and emotional well-being, The Apex offers a structured, personalised programme that balances academic progress with social-emotional development in a nurturing environment.

We are seeking a talented, driven, and inspirational IAP HLTA to join our core team and support the growth of this exciting initiative. If our vision of “Creating inclusive pathways for success, belonging, and reintegration” resonates with you, we would love to hear from you.

As a HLTA within The Apex, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning, helping students overcome barriers and re-engage with education.

You will:

Deliver planned learning activities under the guidance of the IAP Teacher.

Provide targeted interventions to support academic and emotional development.

Assist in creating a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all learners.

Work collaboratively with the IAP team to ensure personalised support for every student.

Contribute to the planning and assessment process, ensuring progress is tracked and celebrated.
