What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant level 4 to join our team in our EYFS/ Key Stage 1 class.

The job would entail working in a class of EYFS and Key Stage 1 children in a team of three under the direction of an experienced class teacher. We are a school that enjoys teaching children through first-hand experiences and want people with passion a creativity who can come and enhance our team and grow into the role.

We are looking for a person with experience across EYFS/ Key Stage 1 who, when they read this advert thinks that this could be the place for them. We have some flexibility and could, for the right candidate, support them to achieve HLTA status. If you can offer specific strengths/ passions or interests that would be great.
