Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Required as soon as possible.
Term-time Plus 5 days during the holidays 37 hours per week.
39 weeks per year.
PayScale: NJC Grade 7, SCP 18 - SCP 23 £31,537 - £33,699

What the role involves:
Providing targeted support to pupils in the classroom and individually.
Planning and delivering lessons when required.
Promoting inclusive practice and positive behaviour strategies.
Collaborating with staff, parents, and external professionals to support pupil development.
What we’re looking for:
HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
Experience working with SEMH, ASC, or complex communication needs.
Strong communication, organisation, and teaching skills.
A creative, adaptable, and inclusive approach to learning.
