What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic person with a “hands on” approach who is creative, imaginative and is able to work independently or as part of a team to lead the planning and implementation of individualised provisions for our students. The successful candidate will work alongside teachers and external professionals to enhance the educational journey for our students and have experience of running a variation of different interventions to support academic progress and the wellbeing of students. This is a permanent role working 36 hours per week, Term Time only (to include Inset Days) with an actual salary of £26,868 to 29,013 per annum (£30,963 to £33,435 full-time equivalent), based on experience.
