We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking High Level Teaching Assistant to join our successful and happy staff team. The successful applicant will work in Key Stage 1 in the first instance. 

The successful candidate will:

  • have a passion for working with children and supporting their learning and social development 
  • work with whole classes, large and small groups and individual children in a range of learning activities
  • have experience of working with children and supporting their learning
  • have strong literacy and numeracy skills and be a good communicator
  • have the highest expectations of children and support them to achieve these
  • be a team player, think on their feet and show initiative
  • understand that children come from a range of contexts with a range of experiences and value these
  • be a role model in their attitude to others and in their conduct around school, relentlessly positive to everyone 
  • be professionally curious, learning from others in school and beyond
  • support the wider life of the school through after school activities and events
  • understand the importance of safeguarding in all aspects of school life
