Higher Level Teaching Assistant job summary

Larkmead School are looking for innovative higher level teaching assistant to join our Inclusion team. You must be passionate about supporting the achievement and the best outcomes for all students, especially those with SEND.

You will work alongside the SENDCO and Deputy SENDCO to provide a nurturing and structured learning environment. You will also build strong relationships with the families of students, sharing information about their progress and wellbeing. The role will require you to work collaboratively with teaching staff and within the inclusion team, to plan and prepare resources and interventions for identified students. You will support the school in raising the standards of learning for students and lead on the assessment, planning, delivery and impact measurement of appropriate interventions.
