We are looking for a HLTA who:
- HLTA qualification.
- Is passionate about supporting and developing children to reach their potential and who believe that they can.
- Have a secure understanding of how pupils learn.
- Is dedicated, hardworking and will go the extra mile for their pupils.
- Is reflective and strive to be the best they can be.
- Value feedback and act upon it to keep getting better.
HTLA role will include:
- Covering classes across the school, for known absence and professional development.
- Flexibility to cover sickness absence.
- Delivering lessons planned by teachers.
- Giving feedback to teachers and other staff.
- Planning and delivering interventions to support key pupils or groups of pupils, across the school.
- Attend teacher CPD meetings.
- Manage behaviour in an effective and positive manager.
