We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join Lift Charles Warren. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting teaching and learning, helping every child to achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

The Role

As an HLTA, you will work in partnership with teachers to support learning, raise attainment, and promote pupils' independence and wellbeing.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you will:

* Deliver planned and unplanned lesson coverage
* Plan and lead engaging learning activities and interventions
* Support teaching through marking, feedback, and lesson delivery
* Work with individuals and small groups, including pupils with SEND
* Contribute to assessment and pupil progress tracking
* Line manage Teaching Assistants, supporting their development
* Create a positive, inclusive, and well-organised learning environment

* Holds an HLTA qualification (Level 3) or equivalent
* Has experience working within a school or supporting young people
* Demonstrates a strong understanding of teaching and learning
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Is confident leading learning and supporting colleagues
* Shows patience, resilience, and a calm, professional approach
* Is committed to inclusive education and high expectations
